To overcome the uncertainty which is a dreaded in this industry, we have a wide on-ground force that conducts regular checks on installations and quality maintenance. We also use a third party monitoring services across 38 towns in India. Technology is also playing a big part. Apart from digicams, we have introduced Verizy, which is a mobile phone enabled software that sends the pictures taken through its camera and capturing information of location, date and time on its way. The source of this information is not the mobile phone, but of the closest cell-site or mobile tower. Therefore it's the first and currently the only fool-proof monitoring mechanism.
